I heard Carla Harris speak at an FWA event at the Yale Club and I would like to have her speak to executives at Praxair Inc. Please contact and let me know how to make arrangements for a engagement.

  2. Givonda Penson says:

    Hello Carla,

My name is Givonda Penson, my dad Elbert Penson (of the Potters House-Dallas, TX) introduced me to your book “Expect to Win” about a year ago. At that time I was studying for my MBA and working as a process engineer. Now that I’ve recieved my MBA, I have recenty transitioned to an administrative position internally. I have a pretty solid sponsor who has been heavily involved in my deveopment since I started with this company. He recently mentioned to me that I need to be “more agressive”. Do you have any advice for me moving foward in this new role.
